A. Done on each pipe
- Visual Inspection
- Barcol hardness
- Wall Thickness
- Section length
- Diameter
- Hydrostatic leak tightness test to 1.5 rated pressure (Only for PN > 6 bar)
- On random basis
- Pipe stiffness
- Axial and circumferential tensile load capacity overall the pipe
- Strain Corrosion test
- Hydrostatic Design basis (HDB)
